So, who is this Julie Creffield Bird?

Julie Creffield is the award winning blogger behind The Fat Girls Guide to Running, a global movement which has inspired thousands of women to achieve their goals.

As an established author, motivational speaker and life coach Julie has overcome enormous obstacles in life in order to design a life that truly inspires her.

She is the East London based "No bullshit" life coach for people that "Don't do life coaching" as she believes too many women are playing small these days and simply not getting out there enough to achieve their dreams.

Julie went from unemployed single parent on the verge of homelessness in 2013 to succesful online entrepreneur she is today using the skills and talents she always had but didn't have the courage at first to bring to the world.

Julie has run 3 marathons, a 40 mile ultramarathon and taken part in numerous fitness challenges. She has established herself as a well respected expert in her field and is a much sought after international speaker.

PLEASE NOTE.....THIS IS NOT A FITNESS RELATED PROGRAMME, THIS IS ABOUT ACHIEVING YOUR WIDER GOALS IN LIFE WHATEVER THEY MAY BE!!!!

What have women said about Julie's life coaching in the past?

"If I look at myself now and then, I have progressed a long way, I am more able to make decisions, I am more able to recognise what is right for me now. I've stopped doing so many things on the 'should list' and looking more at the 'have' or 'to be' list as they are more relevant for me. It's given me the freedom to do the things I enjoy and to focus on the here and now, including just spending time with my husband. It also made me realise I do need to stop and think, possibly plan a little and that I do need to take time to work things out rather than just going like a bull at a gate at everything." Stephanie, Bristol

"I was between jobs at the time so my goal ended up being wrapped up in the kind of new job I want and how I want to work. It made me be strict about what I would and wouldn't accept i.e. Turned down a job where I'd have to be in London every day and instead got one where I work from home 2 days a week. I don't think I'd have realised that's important to me without exploring that through the programme". Jo, Derby

"It was an interesting experience. It made me think about my goals no matter how small they are be. Some of these goals have been reached (e.g. getting an audible subscription), some have shifted (instead of a running coach, i got a PT), some still need to be done (getting a new laptop). But it did make me start off a marathon goal, even though it's quite far away at the moment, but it's definitely one of the biggest and scariest things at the moment." Egle, London

"I found it really valuable and although I didn't hit my big goal, I feel like I'm still making really important steps towards them!" Boudicca, Exeter
