With the "No Bullshit Lifecoach" Julie Creffield
The average woman in the UK spends 31 years of her life on a diet.
But imagine if she woke up one day and just decided to stop. Decided to stop hating on herself and trying to make herself physically smaller, and instead focused on actually liking herself and taking care of her mind, body and soul.
Crazy thought right?
Imagine a world where women used the time, energy and resources that were once spent on dieting on making the world for women, and everyone else in fact, a better, more healthier, more happier place? A world where people were not judged on how they looked but on what contribution they made to the world….or perhaps not even judged at all.
Well, I have this theory that if women simply gave up the concept of dieting the majority of us would actuallyfind our natural body weight, get stronger, and/or feel more confident in our own skin. Only problem is I have no robust evidence of this yet…other than my own experiences.
I am looking for women who also want things to change for future generations, women who are willing to come on this groundbreaking adventure/research project with me and commit to 100 days of no dieting or diet talk…and instead discover 100 different ways of shedding the weight of guilt, shame and feelings of not being enough….and truly understanding what true health and happiness is.
Julie is a transformational life coach, motivational speaker and fitness writer who has worked with more than 10,000 women to achieve their health and happiness goals.
As founder of the award winning blog The Fat Girls Guide to Running, author of 8 books and sought after motivational speaker and media personality, she is passionate about supporting women to be the best version of themselves regardless of their size.
Julie is the soon to be 40 year old single mum who says,
"I spent 20 years of my life trying not to be FAT and hating myself in the process. Having gone on my first diet at 13 when I didn't even need to lose weight, I have done every diet going...thinking that if only I could slim down I would be happy. That was until I realised that happiness is an inside job, and I had been using my weight as an excuse to not start living the life I wanted."
Julie has completed 3 marathons, a 40 mile ultramarathon, Tough Mudders, Spartans and Triathlons...she enjoys CrossFit, Cycling, Swimming and (some of the time) yoga.
She is also a big believer in the law of attraction and the belief that your thoughts dictate your reality, so she now focusses on what she wants to be rather than what she doesn't.
Julie's goals are around being stong, stable and succesful across all areas of her life.
Based in East London, Julie is a straight talking, take her as you find her coach. Her no bullshit approach to health and happiness has gained her thousands of fans across the globe and a loyal tribe of clients.
